• 3 months: comfort, ease of use and whether any claimed benefits are noticeable.

• 6 months: how often I use them and whether any benefit lasts.

• 12 months: durability, ongoing usefulness and whether the purchase was worthwhile. Personal impressions are not the same as proven medical benefits.
