Even Realities smart glasses review

Image: Even Realities

I bought Even Realities smart glasses in April 2026 for £619. They show text and notifications on a small display inside the lens. This is a long-term review.

Score: 8/10

First impressions

• The display technology is impressive.

• The design is discreet. They look like normal glasses.

• £619 is a large amount to spend on a new type of device.

What each update covers

• 3 months: whether the display is useful day to day, comfort, battery life, prescription fit and how often I actually wear them.

• 6 months: software updates, new features, connection to my phone and whether the novelty has worn off.

• 12 months: physical durability, battery wear and whether they have become an everyday device or an occasional gadget.

Verdict so far

Impressive and discreet. The price is the main barrier.
