Tapi supplied and fitted carpets for me in July 2025. This is a long-term review.

First impressions

• A good choice of carpets.

• Supply and fitting were convenient.

What each update covers

• 3 months: softness, comfort, appearance and whether the carpet settled properly after fitting.

• 6 months: flattening in busy areas, loose fibres, visible joins and how easily marks come out.

• 12 months: colour, how well the pile recovers and whether the underlay still cushions well.

• 15 months onwards: whether it has kept its appearance in normal household use.

Verdict so far

An easy way to buy and fit carpet, with a good range to choose from.
